Order Status

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. We will send an email with tracking information once your order is shipped. A link to track your order and expected delivery date will be included when the delivery method allows it. 

 

  • Standard shipping: $9.99 flat rate (5-7 business days)

  • 2-Day expedited shipping: $24.99 (2 business days)

  • Standard overnight shipping: $39.99 (next day) 

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order. To make changes to your order prior to shipping, please email us at info@cnsthreads.co 

 

Order Shipment

 

We currently ship only in the United-States. For shipping outside of the United States, please email us at info@cnsthreads.co 

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery. Standard shipping time is usually 5-7 business days. We offer expedited shipping options. ​

Returns

You have 14 days from the shipping date to make any return. You will need to pay for your own freight. Before returning any items, please email us at info@cnsthreads.co  to notify us. We do not provide prepaid return labels, you are responsible for covering shipping costs.

Be aware that return item (s) must be unworn, unwashed, free from makeup, deodorant or perfume stains. Bodysuits, swimwear and undergarments are non-refundable. Damaged, and/or incorrect item (s) must be notified within a window of 3 business days of delivery. Simply contact us via email at info@cnsthreads.co. Be aware that CNS Threads LLC reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse and/or reject returns from customers with the following: An excessive returns history that involves worn, damaged, laundered, missing and potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

 

Lost Orders 

CNS Threads LLC is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please make sure to keep proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your return items. You may also have to go to your local post office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.
